Searching and selecting candidates
The Searching and Selection service helps our partners to simplify and, above all, shorten the process of finding and hiring new employees. Based on the requirements of the job, Master Job recruits and selects candidates, who are then referred for interviews with the client. The final decision on the selection of employee is left to the client. Master Job performs the first selection, ensuring that the client has the best selection of candidates for the interview.
We adapt the entire process, activities and search methods to the specifics of our client’s needed personnel, as this is the only way we can provide suitable candidates who meet your wishes and needs.
For specific, primarily shortage occupations, we perform search and selection services abroad. We help arrange all the necessary documentation and coordinate the arrival of foreigners to Slovenia.
