In collaboration with our trusted partners from the Philippines, Vietnam and India, we manage the entire recruitment process for you – from selecting suitable candidates to their arrival in Slovenia.
We organize video interviews with selected candidates and, if desired, can also arrange in-person interviews abroad, where we can prepare and conduct various professional or practical tests.
We take care of work permits and all necessary documentation for starting work in Slovenia.
If needed, we arrange accommodation for the candidates, organize transportation to and from work, and provide support in integrating into their new environment and adapting more easily to life in Slovenia.
